WearUrText provides custom print-on-demand (POD) apparel, including T-shirts, jerseys, sweatshirts, and hoodies. 3. Orders and Fulfillment

  • Order Process: When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation summarising your purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure all order details are accurate before confirming payment.
  • Custom Nature of Products: Since our products are custom-made, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing begins.
  • Third-Party Fulfillment: All orders are fulfilled through our third-party partner, Printify. As such, fulfillment times and quality assurance are subject to their processes and standards.
  • Delays: WearUrText is not liable for delays caused by production, supply chain issues, or shipping carriers. Any significant delay will be communicated to you promptly.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure payment platforms. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed.
  • Taxes and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees applicable to international shipments.

5. Shipping

  • Global Shipping: WearUrText ships worldwide, primarily from the UK or US, depending on your location. Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
  • Shipping Costs: Fees are calculated at checkout and depend on order size, weight, and destination.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number may be provided, allowing you to monitor its progress.
  • Delivery Issues: WearUrText is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses, customs inspections, or carrier errors. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. As all products are custom-made, returns for reasons such as incorrect size, colour preferences, or design changes are not permitted.
  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify defects. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
  • Return Process: Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via the Contact Us page.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property
