Since our products are custom-made to order, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product delivered does not match your order (e.g., incorrect size, colour, or design).
Returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or colour preference are not eligible.
2. Inspection Process
All returned items are subject to inspection. To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Evidence of the defect or damage (e.g., photos) must be provided during the return request.
3. Return Request Timeline
To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Items with user-uploaded designs that meet the approved specifications.
